Graduated from Medical School University of Adelaide in 2000, and trained Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Royal Melbourne Hospital and The Canberra Hospital. He was admitted to Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2010. High research degree (MD) was completed on 2011 from Melbourne University working on the new pathway to colorectal cancer “Serrated neoplasia pathway”.
In 2011 he was appointed ANU Fellow with Medical School and on the same year he was appointed staff specialist at The Canberra Hospital. He currently provides medical services in Gastroenterology and Hepatologyin private practice.
His interests are in endoscopy (gastroscopy, colonoscopy), applying and practicing evidence-based medicine in gastroenterology & hepatology. His main research focus remains colorectal cancer screening, and familial bowel cancer syndromes. Also he is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching with ANU Medical school.
